Problem With Card
If you see this error message on your TV screen, there is a simple fix you can try.
Problem
Your card arrived damaged in the post or you see the below message on your TV screen.
Solution
To resolve the problem:
- Turn box off and unplug for 30 secs
- Ensure old viewing card is in the box
- Plug the box back in
- Switch the box on and wait 5 minutes to ensure viewing resumes normally
- Start the changeover process again
