Multiple Cards

If you have more than one set top box in your home, you will receive a replacement viewing card for each box. Please check the letter to see which card the new one is replacing and change the cards right away to avoid getting them confused. Your cards may not all arrive at the same time.

Problem

If you accidentally put the wrong replacement card into any of your boxes, you will see a message on your TV screen like the one below.

Solution - Step 1

Re-insert your old viewing card, wait five minutes, then remove it and insert the correct replacement viewing card. Check the card carrier to confirm which replacement card you should be entering and carry out the swap with your set top box switched ON.

If you do not have a replacement viewing card for the set top box which showed the "Wrong card" message, continue to use your old card until the replacement has arrived.
