Insert New Card

If you see the Insert your new Sky viewing card now message on your TV screen then we've recently sent a replacement card in the post, so please look out for it in your mail.

Problem

You see the message on your TV screen.

For your information - Please insert your new Sky viewing card or visit skyviewinghelp.com

Solution A

Replace your current viewing card with your new viewing card that has been sent to you. Wait for a few seconds until you see the on-screen message which will confirm that your new card is working. Now just press BACK UP on your remote control to resume your normal viewing.

If you haven't received your card, you may need to check that your digital Pay TV provider has the correct address details for your account.
