Insert New Card
If you see the Insert your new Sky viewing card now message on your TV screen then we've recently sent a replacement card in the post, so please look out for it in your mail.
Problem
You see the message on your TV screen.
Solution A
Replace your current viewing card with your new viewing card that has been sent to you. Wait for a few seconds until you see the on-screen message which will confirm that your new card is working. Now just press BACK UP on your remote control to resume your normal viewing.
