We’re updating your Sky service
If we wrote to you recently or if you've seen a message on your TV screen asking you to provide us with some information about your Sky box, you're in the right place.
We will need to carry out an update to your Sky service in the near future. The information we need about your box will allow us to ensure you continue to receive all the services you've subscribed to. Without this information you may be unable to receive some of your channels after the update.
So to make sure this doesn't happen, please fill in the form below. It's easy to do and won't take long.
If you have Sky Multiroom, please make sure you complete a form for each Sky box in your home.

How to get information from your Sky box
Have a pen ready to write down all the information we need. Now, switch on your TV and Sky box, and follow these steps:
Press Services on your Sky remote.
Go to Settings.
Go to System Details.
Make a note of your:
1. Version Number
2. Serial Number
3. Viewing Card Number
4. Receiver ID
Remember, you’ll need to follow these steps on each Sky box in your home.
